Back Order Request - Toll Free and Regular DIDs

If you do not find the DID(s) or toll free number(s) you are looking for in the portal search, you can send a back order request to support.

To send a back order request:

Submit the request by emailing support@thinq.com. This will open a new ticket with our support team.

In your request please include the number of DIDs you need and what criteria you are looking for.

 

Back order requests can often be filled very quickly. If the numbers are on back order with our providers as well, it could take a few weeks to receive the new DIDs.

*Please note some area codes are completely exhausted and are unavailable even after a back order request is received.
